How are you feeling? As the coronavirus continues to ravage through the world, many are anxious, sad, worried, stressed and emotional. When you come from a culture where these  feelings are not always addressed or expressed,  how do you manage through them.

On this episode, I speak to Ibinye Osibodu-Onyali is a licensed marriage and family therapist who practices in California. Her passion is helping women manage anxiety, get rid of insomnia and finally find their voice.

She also helps couples learn how to fight fairly, overcome past hurts and create a friendship they actually love. You can find her on www.thezinniapractice.com

Her book- Prayers with purpose: a short 30-day devotional for busy moms, is available in paperback, on kindle and as a PDF ebook.
